Honeycomb packing assembly, multiple cameras

I assembled this arrangement of architectural forms made from the honeycomb packing material on my studio floor and filmed it in elevation with a number of my action cameras fitted with different zoom lenses, and in plan using my 4K camcorder. Continue reading →

IKEA carpet packing

On a trip to my local IKEA (whose chimneys are visible from my studio carpark), I spotted these pieces of card that had been used for supporting rolls of carpet and were otherwise destined for recycling. The store worker kindly allowed me to take serval of these pieces (and only slightly confused the person at the checkout).
